The dormitory has 206 rooms and a total housing capacity of 507 persons. Each floor of the dormitory has 2 living wings. There are 3 suites, a common room, a kitchen and a utility room in each wing. The suit contains 2 double occupancy rooms and 2 quadruple occupancy rooms, a toilet and a shower.

The Dormitory Director office, a staff office and a spacious hall are situated on the ground floor. There are also a library and a reading hall for international students there. On the ground floor there is also a health center for all students of the university. A Students Catering Service includes a canteen and a cafe, where students spend their free time. A large gym with up-to-date machines is available for students in the dormitory, as well as a laundry.
